A picture from 1946 of my grandfather in what I perceive to be "a very loving embrace". When I questioned my grandmother, she knew nothing of the photo or the man in which he was embracing. I found it to be odd... for my grandfather was the furthest from one you would describe as affectionate.

Two college roommates, finished with exams, began packing up their tiny dorm only taking a break to pose for the yearbook photographer. (?) :-)
